Returns and Exchanges

a. Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged upon delivery.

b. To request a return, please contact contact@dirtbag666.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage.

c. We may request that you return the damaged item to us for inspection before processing a refund or exchange.

d. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged item, subject to availability. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, you can do this by contacting us at contact@dirtbag666.com

Please note the following exceptions apply under EU consumer law:

• Made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are produced specifically to your specifications.

If withdrawal is valid, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
