Your right to cancel (UK & EU customers)
If you are purchasing from the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, no reason needed!
To cancel your order, please contact me at contact@dirtbag666.com within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With any original tags or packaging where applicable
Once confirming it meets our returns conditions, we will issue a full refund for the item cost and the delivery charge to your original payment method.
Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@dirtbag666.com as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
- A repair
- A replacement (where possible)
- A refund
You are protected by your statutory consumer rights, and nothing in this policy affects those rights.
One-of-one and upcycled pieces
Many of my garments are unique, handmade, altered, or created from upcycled and second hand materials. Therefore:
- Each item has its own character, markings, textures, and signs of having lived a previous life.
- Small imperfections are part of the design and are not considered faults.
- Exact measurements are provided along with descriptions and photographs, which should be carefully reviewed before purchasing.
