Returns and Exchanges

a. Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged upon delivery.

b. To request a return, please contact dirtbag666shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage.

c. We may request that you return the damaged item to us for inspection before processing a refund or exchange.

d. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged item, subject to availability. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
