Your Right to Cancel (EU Withdrawal Rights)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason needed. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the items. We'll issue a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the right to cancel unless they arrive faulty or not as described.
